A: When booking online, we require customers to pay a booking deposit to secure their appointment. If you need to cancel your appointment, please be aware of the following:

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the appointment: Your booking deposit is fully refundable.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment: Unfortunately, the booking deposit is forfeited.

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our policy.

We recommend scheduling your appointment in advance to secure your preferred time and service. You can easily book your session through our online booking system.

  • We accept payments through our online booking system, which includes options for credit/debit cards. We also accept credit cards and debit cards at the center, or will accept e-transfer.

Q: What should I expect during the client intake process?

  • Our client intake process involves filling out forms to help us understand your needs and preferences. This ensures we provide the best possible service tailored to you. If you are a first-time client we ask that you arrive 15 minutes before your session to fill out our intake form. This ensures your session will be allotted to your service and not be taken away from your form time.
